Healthy food items mean the food items free from chemicals,artificial flavours and artificial preservatives. They provide necessary nutritions and energy for the smooth function of organs and limbs. We can consume grains, fruits,vegetables,dark green leaves,milk and eggs as healthy food items. We can grow these food items in our home garden itself. We can rear cows, goats and hens in our home itself.
They provide us necessary main nutrients.They are carbohydrates,proteins, vitamins,fat and Minerals.All these main 5 nutrients provide necessary energy for our bodies to grow free from diseases.When we prepare natural food items properly,they provide us healthy food.We must wash and clean properly all the food items before cooking.So they become free from bacteria,impurities and germs.We should not over cook our food items because if we overcook them they may loss food value.
We should add natural condiments like Ginger ,turmerin powder,garlic,pepper,cloves and cinnamon. All these natural condiments make the food items healthy.We should not add artificial flavours and artificial appetizers because they make unhealthy food items or they make the food spoilt. We must always add the natural flavours and appetizers like turmerin, lime, garlic, cloves,cinnamon and pepper to improve healthiness of food items. So these natural fresh food items,fruits,milk and eggs provide us healthy body.
